    stress is my worse enemy! I can start losing the weight and get stressed out and I just want to start eating anything that I can find. After I realize that I am backstepping everything that I have tried to do in losing some weight it is really frustrating. I have to find some other way to relieve my stress level. The articles have helped alot.
