It's about time somebody said "let's slow down". Are we so important we must walk down the street talking to ourselves with the little blue light in our ear? Do we have to do as the commercial says when we get older we are suppose to be always on the go? I for one feel I will have earned the right to RELAX when I retire.

Advice like this should be forwarded to everyone that every reader of it knows and that is what I'm going to do right now. If people followed the advvice of this blog, possibly we would see an end to diabetes and even heart disease with a reduction in cancer deaths.

It is a good article. It reminds me of easier times when no WII or XBOX, Nintendo, 800 TV channels and we live much happier

Additionally, people should take the time to "talk" to someone. Not an email, text, phone message, etc... Actually have a conversation.

I turned off the TV instantly after reading this and Wow what peace. Looking at the clock, I am going to allow myself 15 minutes to check my banking and emails, then off to do my a.m. routine of fitness. I already quit Diet soda's years ago, talk about losing weight and my digestive problems went away! Think of how much money you spend on juice and pop, then save that for a evening out with your family for dinner. Start your day with prayer and be thankful for your blessings.
