This really looks like something that I can stick with so I am going to follow this plan for a month and report back on my results.

If your into something fun try power pops. believe it or not its an all-natural weight loss and energy candy. i lost 17 pounds including my love handles in the first 3 weeks of using them. now i eat only 1 a day for the energy they produce. i was so successful in reaching my goal so fast that i joined the wholesale program and now sell them also. call 888-236-3592 to hear about them then visit http://www.power-pops.com/thedietpop to learn about the benefits the offer. They offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee!

People get so crazy around this time. 2 big meals once a year will not do any damage. Ask any Dr.

All good advice. I would also add that you could use a small plate to trick your mind and body into consuming less calories.

Truth be told -- I'm thin and don't really worry about holiday weight gain because I am pretty disciplined. But, this seems to be a realistic approach and had some actual smart tips. Most articles about holiday weight gain are filled with the same mindless crap. ThaNKS!

Thanks for the advice it really made me think, that holidays are not meant to be stress out or what to-do list. It's about enjoying every moment of it and being smart of what you consume. Thanks for the blog it made me realize many things on what to do and not to do. -Miriam Montas
