I starting keeping a food journal back in January and was eating 3,700 calories a day with out knowing it! So far I have gone from 216 to 179. Food journal = HUGE help. One day while I was surfing the net, I found a wonderful website that is free to join. It adds up calories, fat, sodium, cholesterol, everything you can think of FOR YOU! And it even has a suggested calorie intake based on your age, height and weight and how much you want to loose PER week! www.thedailyplate.com

Bre, how old are you, in your teens or just an immature "adult." I ususally don't say anything when people get on these articles and just act so childish, but please, if you aren't here to learn how to get healthier, then just go chat with your other little friends.
