I completely agree with this article, but I have always had many issues with cravings and over eating. I am a huge binger! Especially with the holidays like Thanksgiving. My wife and I were lucky to have found Zylene. It is all natural and curbs our cravings, suppresses our appetites and gives tremendous energy to stick to working out! We went to www.zylenebody.com for the supplements and dieting ideas.

I recently started a new job and even though I am dieting and exercising, I gained a couple of pounds due to the stress. I also was not getting enough sleep. I would wake up in the morning bloated and tired. When I started getting more rest, the bloat went away (I think I peed 20 times that day!) I recently recommitted myself to getting more sleep and my weight loss started up again.

This was actually very helpful. I have stayed the same weight even with working out. I also thought this is just how it has to be. This gave me new hope ! Thanks so much.

Thanks!! I read this as inspiration and to remind me of how easy it is to just follow a few simple rules. I need to drop 15 - 20 lbs. My boyfriend and I have made a verbal commitment to walk 3x a week and I will hit the gym 3x as well. THANKS!

Not enough information. Too general would have liked to hear more on the individual stories.

i just read it because i had nothing to do, i am not worried about my weight as I am 12years old and at 96lbs. but It is true! You may say "What do you know about health?" but I know quite a bit since I have lost weight once I started school because of the everyday 1 hour of gym they make you take, whether it's dance, tyquandow or regular PE.
