People say that a certain diet can get you to lose weight, but in reality I figured that every person has his/her own way that they can do it, for example, when I was trying to lose weight, I didn't try so hard I just minimized my meals, from breakfest to diner only, no other meals in between, and a very small amount within one week I lost ten pounds

It was really nice being validated a little. I've lost 76lbs this year. I decided not to diet but to just make little changes. I go to water aerobics more for the social event than the exercise but I go and I workout regularly. I eat less, period. I use a smaller plate, share meals, but if I want a candy bar I eat one. but it is the bite size one. My doctor is exstatic!

How refreshing it is to receive fitness advice that is meant to fit in with each person's life. Can anyone tell me what is the best time of day to exercise? I used to think it was before breakfast, but have been advised against it.

I do all those things already. Have for years. Still fat. When are you people going to get it through your heads that not everyone can be thin, at least without making it her life's work to eat 800 calories a day and exercise like a gerbil for 25 hours a week forever?
