Great to hear you're playing volleyball again. When I was in my 30's I was in a ski club full of 55 year olds and they had so much energy compared to my counterparts. I learned that age is just a number. Keep up the great posts!

Right! It's always other people who say something can't be done, for their own reasons, usually jealousy. The only person telling me I can do something is me, and all great things are done by people who believe in themselves. 1 1 = 2. Keep up the competition, Isabelle

Hmmmm~~~ I think I will adhere to your "code and rules"!!! I am a 53yr old wife, mother, grndma and get chided for looking like a 30yr old! Our adult kids wonder why we spend so much time together doing what we enjoy doing.....sorry guys....not ready to sit in a rocking chair with a blanket over our laps! You are sooooo right on Gabby...live respectfully by the 'codes' you are comfortable with! It really is a stress reliever!

#10--You go girl!!!I am a 35 yr old Mom of a 2 daughters, 11 & 13. I've been asked time and time again if I'm their sister, not because I dress like a teenager, or try to act "young" because I don't do either. I really take good care of myself, and watch my weight. I keep myself busy, doing things with my daughters and I feel that keeps me young.

Great article, I agree with every thing you say. I am an out side the box thinker. I live by the principles and not rules. In my sixties I know most of today’s 30’ men can not keep up with me, yes, even with a massive hear attack almost 25 years ago. I am doing all this it without any drugs. I eat mostly veggies and fruits, working out 2 hours a day and live a life of a dream. My only challenge is to find women to date who are healthy enough to keep up with me.
