i do something kind of similiar . like if i have to have it , but i shouldn't ,i'll just go 1 bite for now . one small cookie spread out over the space of an afternoon , probably actually boosts my metabolism , at least compared to forgetting to eat at all (i actually lost weight unintentionally on mini chocolate bars . i hadn't been forgetting to eat at all during the days and suddenly i had heaps of these mini chocolate bars , and i ended up eating one every couple of hours , and i lost weight like you would not believe (over about a 2 week period ). instead of having naps i get all comfy and crawl into bed then when i am just abou falling into sleep , i get up ; all the relaxation benefit , none of the grogginess .

Yes awesome idea, this way I can drink half-shots of tequila, and spread that count to 4, 6, 8 tequila floor, and still enjoy having more 'drinks.' thus i can also split all of my time in half too and make better uses of those pesky half hour's i get all over the place with even more strecthing :)

Initially I thought this was a great idea ... until I got into the gym the other nite. I felt kinda blah & almost talked myself into only doing half my run. Just a warning to be careful of this & don't use it as an excuse to slack off!

I really liked this idea, actually its a great way of achieving what u want but agreeing of letting go the rest.but actually its sometimes hard because when i start eating sth i cant help myself in getting rid of the rest,or i dont eat it at all!!so what should i do??

Maybe I can use this technique to find happiness again one-half at a time. I'm getting over the love of my life leaving for an older woman..half my fault..half his. I'm working on my half first.
