Thanks. I really needed this. I have been talking about doing more, but talk is cheap. I need to actually get up and do, and now I have a really excellent reason, I will be getting married soon, and even though my fiance loves me as I am, being healthier will help us have a wonderful LONG life together. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

I am full time chemistry student. My classes take at least 9 hours of my day, but not one after the other. Sometimes I have to spend 12 hours in my collage, so I HAVE to eat in the cafeteria, and study in the collage libraryl, not home. Plus I teach high school students. In my little free time, I have a boyfriend. So, really, it feels like I have no time. Still, I'm very fit, and healthy. I have found a great way to work out and I'd love to share this tips: There are this little moves, like moving one leg back and forth (5 times each), pushing your palms against the other, crolling your ab like an arab dancer (that's hard to learn) that you can do along the day. I do it while I wait for the water in the shower to get warm, during the time the computer needs to turn on, while to microwave heats the water for my tea, and so on.. all those little moments that seem to be wasted. If you do it daily, it works amezing. Everybody asks me what sport do I do, and the answer is none. While writing this i have been crolling my abdomen. Of course, I dont have the perfect body, but I am fit and happy. Excuse my english, its not very good. Greetings, Ann H.

I am dressed and ready waiting for a friend who is coming over to help me with a running program. My goal? Stop smoking and see my son become an adult.
