well gab i hope you can read spanish. have you by chance watched heroes in your rare surfings of the tv channels? now i love mary jane, and simply put it may be the only reason for a less substancial weight gain effort but there is a thing to be said for keeping your mental/spiritual health above your physical one. meanwhile thats very true, enjoy your specialties as you excel at things and painfully not in others. usually the petite girls arent very fit anyway with all that foot-milage!

Sorry for the Spanish, but the lady in posting #1 needed some advice on her lack of enthusiasm. She was talking about how as soon as anything goes wrong or she feels bad, she stops working out, eating right, and finds it hard to even believe her loving husband, as she describes him, when he tells her that he loves her and finds her beautiful. She also says that she starts to focus more on her daughter than anything else and forgets about herself. I advised her to get some marriage or family counseling, because it all could be some unresolved issues that may be triggering this. Also, I asked her, since we're in the topic of heroes; what kind of image of herself would she like for her daughter to see and imitate? I don't know if she understands a lot of English, so I wrote to her in Spanish; no disrespect intended to anyone.

Gaby, It is nice of you to take the time to answer someone in a language that is obviously more comfortable for her. What you have said is correct. No one can make the decision to be healthy but ourselves. Sometimes we just have to remind ourselves that we are the only ones who can make ourselves happy. Thank you again!

right, friends if you underestimate yourself ,keep telling your week sides in public; it's the same to " force" people realize your week sides and percieve you as a week person any more.as Gabby said , we'd better stop complaining about ourselves either in front of public or when we're alone.cuz we turn into the person that we think and say we're
