    Met Gabby tonight (11/16/06) at Casa Escobar in Malibu. Her, her daughter Viola, hubby and company were sitting at the circular booth next to us. Her daughter was climbing all over the back of the booth, kicked me repeatedly in the shoulder to which Gabriel did NOTHING..she let her daughter run around the restaurant screaming and acting up. Viola dissapeared into the kitchen and when Gabriel began looking around I told her where she had gone. She immediately pulled attitude and started being EXTREMELY rude to me and my company. She informed me that she didn't need my help..that she knew where she was. Why was she looking puzzled eyes darting around the room? We wondered the same thing. We were all there to enjoy a nice dinner...we all let the antics of her child slide there was no need for a diva attitude and her condesending scold when we tried to help her out. She played volleyball...she didn't find a cure for cancer. You didn't exactly do anything worthwhile for the world. Check your attitude and child at the door next time. The rest of us in Malibu would like to enjoy our dinner. Quite the dissapointment. Spend less time on the beach and more time working on your parenting and personal skills

    Gooday I take 3glass of water every morning before breakfast is it ok for my weight loss pragramme. Plese prblem is in the upper arms and shoulder is too large and fat tell me what to do to reduce the fat here best regards. Ebere.

    for the lady who has 7 kids, i think you need some right foods in your body and forget about running you can do fun activities by skipping rope and and do some sit ups with ur daughter or something... i met this ldy and she was hitting 50 years old and i swear she looked like she just came out of her early 30'...she told me that she drinks water alot and instead of drinking bad things with too much sugar or too much alchohol she drinks fresh tea mmm and makes sure she exercise at least twice a week 4 hours

    I'm over weight ,and been trying for years to do something about it.I called my doctor and we talked,and the next day joined a ladys gym,and cut out caffine ,sugers and fattie foods,and did 1 hour of cardio and weigth traing a day 30min in the a.m and 30 min.in the p.m..Sticking to it everyday was HARD also I am not starving myself and 2 months later I have lost 83 pounds I started at 408 and im feeling great I do belive in weigth traing. also im a woman and i would rather be healthy and have muscles than be fat and flabby

    So what is the right amount of weight to lift? I have started the biggest looser cardio routine and they use weights but don't tell you what to use.
