Yeah, 15 minutes with the Lord in a day can relieve stress. Listen to yourself. Pause for a moment or be SILENT and feel the presence of God and say: THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. A simple prayer which has all. The gift of life the air we breathe, the plants that grows without watching by, the flowers whose colors seems to be very unique, the tiny ants that lives and crawls yet they survive, the birds that fly high but never fall no one gives them food but they live, etc. All the things around us in this wide wide world is but full of mystery. That shows how GREAT IS HIS LOVE FOR US. That we should be thankful.

Stress is a funny thing. At times it feels like the world is closing in on you, and it is impossible to deal with. Other times you can take stressful situations by the horns and deal with it. My downfall is knowing what to stress about and what not to. I take little things in life like laundry, chores, and freak out about it. If something major comes like a big bill I can calmy deal with it. I know understand why that is.

Thank you for this inspirintial tips I've beeen going thruogh somethings lately with so call "bestfriends" and I really needed to see the good side of the story and to come to find out there is no good side of this story but I just start thinking "This to shall pass" as my grandmother tells me. Also that prayer is the best thing because God hears and knows what I'm going thruogh and he knows there is nothing I can possibly do to solve this situation so I just hand it over to God and lastly my grandmother also says that laughter heals the soul so for the best recovery of your stress is to try your best to just laugh it off.

Wow, we have some really insiteful and wise people in this blog. There is so much to glean from everyone's comments. I asked people in a club I am in and happiness all boiled down to an attitude of Gratitude. We have so much-really. I guess there is an attitude of poverty in this nation-even the rich think they are poor-if you don't believe it look at the ragged jeans people are buying. "We are jes' po' folks" I should be grateful that I have a yard with weeds-Yoohoo self, this is Earth-not Heaven. I think people get the poverty idea because they see how people live on TV but if you really knew, some of the stars have some REAL heart-wrenching stories they don't tell. They are a product that is sold to society. It is just a business. Our lives are real.

Thanks for terrific advice as always. It's all stuff I already know, but somehow helps to see it written out so clearly. Good luck with everything and best wishes for a quick recovery.

I found an easy way of getting exercise into my life by walkin my daughter to and from school everyday. She loves it and so does my Two year old. It also gives us time to talk and enjoy eachother. It is about a mile there and a mile back. So i end up walkin 4 miles a day!!! I luv it!! And i am really gonna luv when the pounds start shedding.
