    Now I'm totally curious as to the specifics of the regimen this trainer was using. I'm always looking for new ways to strengthen my body, I crave variety in exercise. I say that I have exercise ADD. LOL

    As a long-term over weight woman, finally had a thyroid test. Learned that my thyroid wasn't up to par. I would suggest that a thyroid test could be helpful. Consult with your Doctor, and then go for it. With more energy, you will be motivated to be more active. It worked for me.

    When you are working out, make sure the trainer shows you how to use the equipment correctly. Once you got it down, go for it. Go to the gym at least 5 times a week, when you get close to your goal start toning your body. Treat your workout like it's a "JOB" when you work, you have to work to pay the bills and you go everyday, when you are working out you have to work out to be healthy. When you leave the house, take your gym bag with you and go to the gym after work. Don’t go home first, you will feel too comfortable and end up not going at all.

    i've had 5 kids in my 21 years of married life. i am happy with wht i am cuz i dont have to worry about my body. the most important aspect one must consider is the diet he or she must practice. i work during the day, and thrice a week i exercise, play tennis that is with my husband and eat just the very simple foods. so i guess the secret is in one's patience of doing exercise and eating the right food. Moderation however should be remembered in every aspect.

    walk & cut out sugary foods... it worked for me, i've lost 20#'s since april
