I have used these a few times and they are tricky -- but a GREAT way to work on coordination, balance and isometric exercise. Thanks Gabby!

I loved working out with one of these at the gym, but for home workouts I think they're too $$$$$$$$$$$expensive$$$$$$$$$$. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, I've only seen them for around $100. Too much for the home gym imo.

Are any of these workouts on video, if not they should be. They would much more user friendly.

You can use a trash can lid and get the same results. Don't waste your money on this gimmick that will quickly end at your garage sale.

I have the Bosu and it is pretty hard to do at first for the average person. It does give you a good workout, but you really do have to pay attention to where you place your feet. If you have any balance problems you should probably try something else altogether. It is fun and I do believe you burn alot of calories. But do be careful!

Yeah sure fat burning workout that detrains the stretch reflex mechanism, which if you are an athlete of any kind is NOT a good thing. It can actually decrease performance, and increase risk of injury. Athletes use plyometric exercises to specifically train the stretch reflex mechansim to increase speed, power, and strength, as well as reduce risk of injury. So why on earth would you want to detrain it. Read the Truth about Unstable Surface Training by Eric Cressey. There are far better and more effecient ways to burn fat without risking a decrease in performance and increased risk of injury. Dont fall for the the banana in the tail pipe.......

First off, none of those exercises requires the Bosu. Seems to me, that if you are going through a workout like that, you don't need it.
