I love all your posts, Gabby!! In the few months I've been doing some of your recommended exercises, my body has already become stronger and more toned! I'm excited to try this Butt Blast Workout because it is one of my weakest areas since I sit all day at work and school. Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration! Jess

Sitting lengthens the gluts & hamstrings and the hip muscles get tight? Then why do my hamstrings get short & tight the longer I sit? Also, aren't all the glut muscles in your hips, ie: gluteous minimus, medius and maximus? Maybe I need to take a refresher course in Anatomy for my job as an LPTA.

Exercises look simple enough but someone weighing 220 it is going to be tough...I know this will be hard at first as any exercise would be...but now my problem is motivation...also I have C.O.P.D. and get out of breath very easy...so what do you suggest.

    4. Elevated Reach to Sky Crunch is actually harder then you think....if you go slow ( you can get your abb workout in there as well). I would also add just standing and going up and down (slowly) on your tip toes while squeezing your butt. you work on your butt muscles as well as your calf muscles. I have been including it in my workouts for over 3 years...no complaints from my husband! :) the key is slowing your movements down as to get every muscle. you will be sore for it but it makes your workout that much effective! :)

Woman do the stupidest stuff to look good. When do we do these things in real life??? Was walking/running/cycling not available in her alternate universe? I have a fantastic bum, high and hard as a rock. How did I get it? Not with nonsense like this.

I do all of that. I workout 4 times for about an 1 hr to 1 45 mins a week for the 3 years. When I started I weighed 215lbs, now 206 lbs. I have strong legs, but still FAT!!! What do I do? I cannot control my eating. Just ate a old fashion donut and went to a web site about excersice! Go figure!
