    Lots of new ideas with w/hand weights... great for days when I can't get to the gym, where I use the machines... I like your emphasis on form as well as reps. These can be done at home with a mirror on the wall to check form. Once that's established, I'll be comfortable doing them outdoors... Good moves.

    Bicep Shoulder Press Combo -For pretty tank top arms. Stand erect with both feet on the ground. Grab dumbbells and begin with a regular bicep curl. At the end of the move do a shoulder press. Slowly lower back down and repeat the move. ------------??? What are you saying? I do not know the terms of a regular bicep curl apparently to then do a shoulder press.!!???
