    10 Buck Fitness backs their programs for 6 months- I only needed 30 days, and i was BLOWN AWAY- good call on the 30 day timing, and thank you to the staff at 10buckfitness.

    ??????????????????????????????????????? Day 5: Fitness - Stretch! Do the following stretches after your walk, holding each for 20-30 seconds: Wouldn't have a clue from these descriptions what the exercises are.. we need visuals.. demos of them to even get started on them. tm

    This sounds very sensible and I'm keen to start, but what the heck is 70 ozs of water? I have worked this out to be 8½ cups or just over 2 litres, is this correct?

    I want to really exercise but I have problems with the discs in my back. Do you have any ideas that will help strengthen my back, and yet, go slow? I don't have insurance,so doctors are no help. I need to lose 175 pds. I know I didn't get this way overnight. So it's going to take awhile to take it off.
