    Absolutely works...and it's funner with a friend. Here's a tip we all go to stores...try parking out further that way you get in more walking, on your way in speed walk, on your way out if carrying bags lift as you walk. If you think you'll look silly...don't worry if someone comments just say I'm getting in my workout.

    Great advice. I read so much all the time but I liked this because you showed the moves in a photo and explained them very well. In addition they are moves one can do at home without a gym.. GREAT. The other advice is also very good I liked the part about stress and how it can impact the success of a great plann Thank you for sharing.
