    I HAVE JUST BEGAN AN EXERCISE PROGRAM 2 WEEKS AGO AS ABOVE, AND I DO FEEL BETTER ALREADY MORE ENERGETIC LESS STRESSED IVE FOUND IT TO BE A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY IT GETS ME GOING AND SETS A TONE FOR THE REST OF THE DAY I DONT KNOW WHY I HADNT DONE THIS SOONER!

    My advice is the NO EXCUSE rule. I used to think I couldn't work out until I bought a new workout outfit or had the right tennis shoes, or I didn't have time to workout because I work 8-5 like most people. That all changed when I watched Dr. Rey on Dr. 91210 exercising before performing surgery. He would do 20-30 pushups in the hallway and then walk in and give someone a face lift. I figured if a surgeon can find time to exercise so can I, so when my boss has a meeting, I use his office for 10 minutes of running in place, or 10 minutes of pushups and situps. I do this 3-4 times a day. I bring a friend with me when I work out with the weights at our company gym. It's been 3 months since I started doing this and I have lost 12 lbs. NO EXCUSES LADIES

    I was wondering on how to minimise diet and to get into normal shape as before.The things that has been listed are good for health for eg not eating fastfood,avoiding alchohol and etc.

    Its like someone is on repeat. Hoe am i supposed to assemble friends to workout with when they cannot afford a gym membership and it rains everyday where i am allday.

    Actually, not everyone can walk for exercise. I have a connective tissue problem, and my doctor ordered me to not take part in any impact activites, including walking. Just wanted to point out that sometimes it isn't that easy.
