    This isn't too rigorous, this is actually the best "ease-in" workout plan I've seen. People tend to want quick and easy and then wonder why they don't loose any weight. How about try it, with the intention of completing the 4-weeks, and if it turns out to really be too rigorous for your self then complain.

    The best home program I have found was one I purchased for about $15 from http://www.fatlosscircuit.com He has given reviews on 3 different fat loss websites, but you can purchase his one at the bottom of the page. I got great results using his ones and they are time efficient.

    I liked this article, it was well balanced- diet and exercise. To lose flab, we have to work at it, so of course it takes time and energy. No good saying one doesn't have time- you have to make time to get fit cause it does take time. I know, lost 65kg. Took me about an hour a day to exercise.

    Suebennett - The plan says that you don't need to work out for a long time - just at least 20 minutes, I'm sure most of us can get out of bed a half hour earlier. And your kids will benefit too: with a healthy, happy mum.
