Good advice, especially about the wine. Wine is a great way to help you rest, only 1 or 2 glasses, though! Aw, no bagel and cream cheese? Bummer. I love my blueberry bagels w/cream cheese and orange juice. I guess I'll just have it "occasionally," instead of my 2-3 days per week.

good read - especially the comments about doctors about their aproach to people but most of these commentaries ignore that most people don;t have lifestyles that match carrying a bunch of blueberries around and the sustained effect of low fat yogurt (whihc is filled with sugar) would require a gallon of yogurt a day - hello! Let's look at the supplement industry and get a balance of what you;d like - blueberries and balance with what you can do - supplements. BUT make sure they are not consumer grade - quality counts here as well.

I eat blueberries and drink green tea. I wish I could grow the blueberries but I do not have the place to do it.
