Anyway, I can spead from experience about the cruciferous veggies, stay slim by having them in the evening. You'll be asleep if and when the G attack happens. All are very healthy, though, and low carb and calorie while rich in cancer fighting compounds. I submit if you eat them often enough, you may build up a tolerance and not have the dreaded attack of ultragaseousness. Until then, eat them in the evening, build up quantities until you know your own limits. Cooked will react differently than raw!!!!! Bon Appetit and Happy Summer!
