Okay, I can understand the "Margarita" and the "Chili" but the #1 worst swimsuit food is a salad. Really? And the whole argument's based on sodium and water retention, which is true, but those things are no big deal with regular exercise, which everyone needs. This article was truely frustrating. BTW a man lost 80 lbs. eating just McDonalds salads. Check the link... http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,369487,00.html

Good idea, I just advoid all red meat and starch for the summer. Be careful with the salads, they are very misleading.

I make my magarita's with an organic bar lime that's unsweetened, no salt rim, and shaken. So all you really have is lime, tequila and triple sec. Hardly fattening at all.

I am so sick of these articles. I eat each and every one of these foods in moderation and have had no problem maintaining my weight and even losing weight when I wanted to. It's not what you eat - it's how much and how active you are.
