    The Bobs Red Mill Quinoa is a good choice! So is the Larabar.I will be checking out the crackerjacks next time Im shopping thanks for the tip.

    duh. you forgot to say duhh! what rubbish - these foods are as bad in regular portions as any other food on the market. this is lazy, stupid jounalism. these are not sp[ecial foods and are higher than many in dangerous fats and calories. somebody must be paying you off.

    This list is not "healthiest". Why eat sweetened Oatmeal when the real thing with fresh fruit has lower sugar, lower fat, more fiber? My favorite ice cream is Skinny Cow. Now that's healthier with good fiber and low fat. Nuts to this list.

    Loved this positive approach to supermarket food! Please, give us more info about eliminating salt (narrows those blood vessels!) and sugar, especially high fructose (burn bright, then crash and crave)! More, please!
