You did not give the sugar content of any of these foods. As a diabetic I need to see that number before I eat anything.

It would be helpful as well to list the SODIUM content of each of these items.

Never heard of most of these items. If in doubt about pre-packed items, buy natural foods. I'd rather have a nut without anything on it, or good old oatmeal. The only restriction would have to be a doctor's order: no salt or sugar or carbs, etc. A body's metabolism requirements are primary, over all foods.

I don't know about these Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds, but the Emerald Dry Roast Almonds has MSG in them!! Very bad for you. Check your ingredient label, Partially Hydrogenated oils, High fructose corn syrup, MSG, all very bad for you.

There was no mention of the sugar content which is equally important in determining if it truly all that healthy

How about you just forget all the pre-packaged foods and shop the produce aisle? It's all healthy in that department. Cooking from scratch is much healthier, you know (and can pronounce) every ingredient.
