You forgot to mention that none of it is REALLY sugar anyhow. We're consuming HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP by the MEGAGALLONS! Our bodies DO NOT know when enough is enough like your body does with real Pure Cane Sugar. Remember biting into some of your Grnadma's Fudge & realizing one or two pieces was enough! NO MORE PLEASE GRANDMA! But with Fructose instead, you jsut want ANOTHER Soft Drink & Candy bar on top! It was genetically engineered for that purpose & for Corporate Profit by Monsanto I believe.

Getting fat might kill you, but it's not a crime.

That is super crazy! Good think that I don't drink any of those drinks!! I used to drink the VitaminWater but it didn't work with my colon. The Jamba Juice, it saddens me, but I've only had it once and it wasn't that flavor. I hate chocolate and ice cream so I don't care about Baskin n Robbins. But, I love alcohol so I am upset about the Pina Colada, but I guess I'll just drink straight vodka, cause Rum is the stuff you put in the fattening drinks and do the whole good Bloody Mary thing, haha?

Great information. It made me want to go out and get a Baskin Robbin's large Heath Bar Shake. :-)

Even orange juice, the way many drink it, is not that healthy. It's loaded with sugar, and the calories go down very quickly which isn't isn't so good for diet control. Much better to eat an orange. Most dieters learn to not drink calories....eat calories and drink water, tea, coffee or diet pop. dkw

I have the same problem and I know it is so-called soft drinks with hard-lines of sugars so much of food is packaged that way...at first you could get soy milk now its a variety of sugar flavors added to the soy and you find it hard to find just plain soy milk...

Basically, drink what the author prefers, not what you might like.
