    That Vitamin Water always annoyed me. They make it sound healthy but it's not. And that Baskin Robbins shake makes me SICK!

    Where do Powerades, gatorades and other mom soda drinks fit in? What is the best alternative when you're tired of plain water?

    Though that may be true of vitamin water it also has needed electrolytes that many who sweat often need! Why didn't you mention that fact that Gatorade---Vwater's competitor---has high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors and colors in it?
