The choices that you've listed are fine... but their's no veggies included! It's great that you ate less than 2,000 calories in one day, but balance before budgeting! An easy subsitution could be adding in and apple with the breakfast, a side salad with lunch, and some veggies with dinner. Swap the cheesecake for some frozen yogurt and berries for dessert. Even at that, you're still short one serving of produce. The FDA reccomends 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Sure, a calorically sound diet is important, but you must have the calories coming from healthful foods too. Deceant suggestions though, I love Ruby Tuesdays. You could have even gotten the petitie sirloin and saved 50 calories.

The shocking truth about the Ruby Tuesday's turkey burger really opened my eyes. It figures though, because when you eat ground meat, you can't tell in a restaurant whether you're getting 7% fat or 20% or even 30% fat, and that turkey burger patty is massive. If the meat is essentially sausage because of the fat percentage, it makes sense it would pack such a wallop.

I had no idea that some of those foods were that bad for me!! Chargrilled is supposedly better, just like a turkey anything should be better than beef. . . everything I know about food is all wrong!!!!

Real authorities like Dr. Ornish say 27 grams of fat PER DAY is maximum for a healthy (i.e., non self destructive diet). Your recomendations may meet calory count recomendations but is still DEADLY ! Don

Wow, I have been working so hard on Weight Watchers and sacrificing so much... yet I realized just now that all those "supposedly" good decisions weren't that great. Thanks for publishing this article... it really makes you think about food differently.
