The biggest problem with eating out is portion size. I refuse to eat at chain restaurants that serve "troughs" of food. Moderation with eating out and overall moderation is the key to success. It has been my key to success with loosing weight and keeping it off.

Regarding the BR Heath Shake ingredients - methyl paraben and poly paraben are chemicals added to most moisturizers, hand creams, and shampoos...and it has already been determined that these chemicals lodge in our fat cells and does who knows what damage........how good can this be if we drink it? YIKES!!!
