Lots of this stuff is known to educated and informed people but many don't bother to read labels and they're the ones this article is addressed to. I'm kinda curious about the sugar one in the Welch's grape juice. While it does have a lot of sugar, fruit sugar is quite a bit different than artificial or processed sugar that you find in soda and candy (high fructose corn syrup) so it's not quite so bad for you.

I think the studies show that HFCS won't trigger your response to stop eating like real sugar. It's what's used in soda, not real sugar, hence why we have all the fat a--es drinking soda all day.

This article was a bit of a waste of time. Everyone of these products made a true claim. You are compplaining because there is something else wrong with the product.. one says it is trans fat free and you say "but it contains sugar..." okay well they didn't say sugar free. None of these are world's healthiest food or some sort of superfood, but they don't claim to be either. They are simply giving healthier "options" yes there are some better options, but there are also, much worse. For every one of these products there is a much worse counterpart available that is horrible for your health. So in the grand scheme of choices you could make these are relatively good options. You did not reveal anything earth shattering or even relevant in this article.

I'm pretty sure 'trans-fat' isn't something to be proud of. It is simply saturated fat that used to be unsaturated. hence the 'trans.' There is no difference between trans fat and saturated fat.

Please give us ingredients in plain English. Noone knows how much a gram of sugar is. Grams are weight and teaspoons are volume.

LISTEN, just because it says "natural" doesn't mean it's good for you just as "organic" products aren't necessarily better! ansenic is natural and kills and organic beauty supplies are loaded with toxins so don't get your mouth confused with your hair or skin. Educate yourself by READing all labels and be suspicious.......if it sounds too good to be true, it PROBABLY IS!?
