And don't forget milk- Milk gives you stamina and endurance for Sex. Peace activist- Gandhi, was trying to find foods that would give him energy for long sit-ins and demonstrations. He tried quite a few diets, and when he added milk. His sex drive increased. This was a no-no for the celibate Gandhi, he quickly eliminated milk. Afraid of Lactose? Drink goat milk. Good Luck! Ah....the joys of pseudoscience. I wonder who funded the studies that supported the "Eat This" foods? Am sure they got the results they paid for. And the half bottle of wine results--Not That! Come on, the point of alcohol is to assist us in making loose judgments--like--well, he or she doesn't look that bad or--just once, what can be the harm? Performance isn't the point. The point is getting him/her into bed in the first place.

This fool is telling you what you want to hear. Get it? This is new age hokum with no science to back up all these claims. There are no magic bullets or substitutes for living a healthy life style.

Never EVER subscribe to any email having to do with EAT THIS NOT THAT. You will get gobs of emails from Rodale (Men's Health, etc.) and THEY WILL NOT UNSUBSCRIBE. I am sure David and Matt (authors of above) are nice people, but if they have even an ounce of integrity they should discontinue any relationship with this very bad company full of very bad people... Rodale.

Yes, it is just terrible that Americans are having less sex than usual. Now there will be less unwanted pregnancies and fewer diseases being spread. How awful. Who knew that McDonald's would contribute to population control in more ways than one? :)
