Wait, so all these increase metabolism, except grapefruit which slows it. So what's the point?

If you take Zocor (or its generic Simvastatin), you cannot eat grapefruit.

It's all about the Arctic Zero ice cream. The whole pint is 136 calories, it's fat free, gluten free, lactose intolerant friendly, and it's got 20 grams of protein in it. Their website is www.myarcticzero.com and it's also available on amazon.com with free 2 day air shipping.

There is no such thing as belly fat fighting foods. Yes, eat healthy, balance diet full of whole grains, veggies, and fruit, but this guy is just peddling lies and nonsense.

Not to be smart or anything, most people eat more than just one egg and more than just one cup of COOKED rice. If it's uncooked, 1/4 cup turns into about 3/4 cup, but you get the point. Not that these foods aren't healthy, but the serving sizes are so small that if you eat that one food as a meal, it will have way more calories. The nutrients in the food are really good however. Water, also has no calories and it's free, rather than paying a dollar for it at some cheap cafe. Besides, they don't even give you a full 8 ounces. I think personally, all you lazy Americans should just get up and excercise.

People if they are truly serious about losing weight and getting healthy should ONLY EAT a handful of food on their plate total...meaning, hold your palm out, that is the size of what your meal should be. It's called Portion Control.
