Don't you run the risk of eating too much of ANYTHING when you go out? Is moderation not in your vocabulary? Anything deep-fried=not healthy. Anything steamed, broiled or grilled=healthier. Do we need a caloric/fat gram breakdown to tell us if we are a heart attack waiting to happen, based on what we eat in a restaurant? When I share a Bloomin' Onion with my dining partner, I know full-well that it's a treat. It's something I don't do every day, and I am not deluded enough to think it's healthy because it's a "vegetable". Many years ago, I saw a very obese woman in Burger King, sitting right across from me, with two Whoppers in front of her. Did she need anyone to tell her that was a bad choice? I highly doubt that she's alive, today.

What are you saying??? Who lied? Are people really so thick that they don't realise deep fried toast stixs and family sized individual portions are bad for them. well at least you found away to sell a magazine or book.

So, let me get this straight, the writer of this story thinks he has come across somthing we dont already know. Moron, the reason I only eat at TGIF 3 or 4 times a year is because the food is sooo good that it can not be part of a diet plan, we know this. Come up with a story we dont know. Burgers at burger king, we know the story, the frys and shakes, we already know.

hot_sauce is right. Red Robin does show there nutritional content. Maybe David Zinczenko should have double checked with the company before writing this article since he contacted them at least before October of 2007 and hasn't since. Way to be a professional columnist by getting the facts straight.

I've eaten at Red Robin before and I know I looked up the calorie count of stuff before I went. That was back in early winter of 2008. I think he's wrong there.
