What about going vegetarian at restaurants? That has certainly helped me cut down the calories and eat healthier. Choosing salads, pastas, veggie burgers, etc., at half-sized portions has helped me lose 15 pounds in less than a year, and I still get a great meal.

But all of the recommendations of diet sodas are horrible. Avoid them like the plague. Drink ice water or unsweetened iced tea if you don't want to drink all of the sugar in the soda.

Guess the big companies forced you to write something positive about their products, huh?

Does anyone else find this article to be completely misleading? The problem with all of these meals is they contain quite a bit of fat. Sure, they're low in calories, but the fat content doesn't justify eating them. 3 Crispy Strips with Green Beans and 3" Corn on the Cob, and a Medium Diet Pepsi is 22.5 grams of fat and over 1,000 milligrams of sodium. At first glance, 22.5 grams of fat doesn't sound that bad. But it's in just 3 chicken strips, green beans and corn! Green beans and corn don't have fat in them! It doesn't specify if the corn has butter on it, as that would add a considerable amount of fat. But, there's no way that should be considered by anyone who's trying to watch what they eat. If it's fried, like the chicken strips, DON'T EAT IT, and you'll be healthier. The only thing on here I'd even consider is the Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Here's an idea: EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Even if they're not eaten plain, they're still more filling and much, much healthier.

Are you for real? Did you see the sodium content on these meals? Talk about a stroke waiting to happen.

I don't think you can get Diet Coke from Pizza Hut. They are owned by Pepsi right? So might want to corret that error.

Cut out the sweet tea on some and the calorie count will be around 350 in a few of those

This is completely idiotic... diet soda? Fried chicken? Buns and bread galore, side helping of sugar, preservatives and msg? No wonder people have so many health issues.

Here we go again. Why don't this guy start a new fast food chain. Called Tofu on a Stick. He can have as little calories as he wants in it and leave us all the F alone.
