    GOD I hate you... I have been on a diet and avoided Fast Food for almost 2 months without craving it. NOW all I want is a greasy nast fried mess. Thanks for the trigger

    Did you see the sodium levels? In some of those you're getting your daily allowance of sodium in one meal, bu they are all too high. It's absurd. The fat levels weren't all that great either. Bad advice. Very bad advice.

    wow, its amazing how there's no attention paid to the amount of sodium in these meals...that's just mind blowing...say hello to less calories and good bye to a healthy heart...b/p on the rise for sure

    Less than 500 Calories @ Chipotle = Rice Fajita Veggies Steak Mild Tomatoes Corn = under 500 calories, about 35grams of protien, about 1,000mg of sodium

    I like going to Buffalo Wild Wings and getting the Chicken Cesar wrap with the sauce on the side and instead of the chips add a salad with low cal dressing...Very Tasty!!!!

    The salads at McD's are enough to fill you up. You can also go to Subway, the 6" subs tend to be low in calories.

    At Wendy's, instead of the grillled chicken sandwich, go for the Jr. Burger and a unsweet tea. They might be smaller than the regular burger, but they are filling. I lost 40lbs just going to the "children's" menu.
