Vitamin B12 is one of the worst vitamins you can have too much of. Side effects of this vitamin include anxiety, irritability, diarrhea, vigorous heart palpitations, skin rashes, and insomnia (hence they're energy drinks). I was drinking 2-3 XS energy drinks each day. Every XS energy drink contains 4900% of Vitamin B12 (49x the recommended amount). I began to experience every one of those side effects (including dangerously high levels of anxiety). After meeting with multiple doctors I discovered these side effects, and so I quit drinking energy drinks and in less than one week I felt 100% normal again. I will never drink another energy drink again... I would suggest to just be careful and if you start experiencing any forms of irritability to try substituting coffee or other caffeine alternatives (diet soda, tea) for a week and see if it gets better.

I have tried just about every energy drink on the market, I have setteled on RockStar Carb/Sugar free as being the most potent, it also has more caffeine than any other drink out there. I feel that it's important for you to address the sugar free versions of the drinks on your list as every major player currently offers one.

monster low carb is hands down the best energy drink out there. read the label. it does not compare to anything out there. and mens fitness ranks it as such also. i love the taste. its the blue can of monster. not the green which is regular.
