Yes, all these energy drinks are terrible. For information on a beneficial, healthy alternative, go to www.efusjon.com/phx. Check out the videos section to understand about the product, and join energy club that goes along with it. http://www.viddler.com/explore/EfusjonAllstars/videos/1/ is another video about the energy club.

Energy drinks don't give you energy, you're simply borrowing it from the future!

I am curious what the word is on the sugar free energy drinks. I just recently moved my mother across the country on a very long road trip. We were coming up on Atlanta (worst traffic ever!) and I was feeling a little fuzzy from the previous 7 hours of driving. I decided to grab a sugar free red bull to help me wake up and get sharp. It worked wonderful and I really feel that it helped me be more alert while driving. I just wonder if the ingredients are bad for you as well?

"Our advice: If you feel you need a boost, reach for unsweetened beverage that contains only caffeine—like a black coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. It has zero grams of sugar, 146 mg of caffeine, and just 20 calories—all for about 2 dollars." Hmmmm. Sounds like it contains the same stuff as 5 Hour Energy, without the bad taste for those who don't like coffee, yet they link it with the other 4 products loaded with sugar.

Yeah Energy Supplements are the reason I have an ulcer at the age of 23. Stay away from anything made by Stacker that will cause serious health problems. Wish I would have known that 2 years ago when I started taking them.

Ok interesting about most of the energy drinks, but I kind of disagree with the 5 hour energy shot. I use them as an incredible relief to a hangover! Try it sometime, you might be surprised! I also don't sleep well most nights from being Bi-Polar Manic and when I wake up dead tired in the morning, it hits me faster than the coffee and doesn't drop me down in the afternoon, it wears off better than a normal cup of joe. And it's about the same price as a Dunkies coffee. But really, hangover sufferers trust me, it's amazing!

The preaching is ridiculous, obviously drinking one a day is bad and having a healthy lifestyle with exercise and a balanced diet is best. Energy drinks are for those day where you were kept up late because your neighbors where throwing a party or whatever and you are dragging the next morning and running late for work. So instead of telling us what NOT to grab at the gas station we drive by everyday (I am not going to go browsing around some natty food store that is way off the beaten path) tell us what we should grab instead.
