are you kidding me? how about not eat fast food at all. No matter how you slice it, its simply the worse thing you can put in your body. the meat, not only comes from factory farms, but is loaded with steroids and chemicals that the human body does not need. eat free range farmers market chicken and beef and fresh vegitables from local growers. you ask why armerica is fat, well here is your answer, the justification of eating gardage.

Good article, however, ask to wrap your food in lettuce, no bread. Example. In &Out Burger- Wrapped in Lettuce. I eat everything wrapped in "GREENS'... Delicious!- Just add a slice of tomatoe, top and bottom.

I don't eat any of those things not even the exchangers. So I have nothing to exchange. He should write a book for people who eat "Real Food".

Unfortunately, I eat a lot of fast food. But there actually are reasonable options at a lot of places. At McDonald's, I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich without mayo and a side salad with low-fat italian dressing (half the packet), and an unsweetened iced tea. It comes in at around 440 calories. At Wendy's I'll get a small chili, a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and a junior frosty, and that's about 450 calories total. I usually stick to what I know is "safe", and if I'm in the mood for something a little les healthy, I look up the nutrition information and adjust the rest of the day accordingly. Sure, packing a lunch would be healthier maybe, but it's such a pain, and in case you haven't noticed the healthier groceries are expensive!
