What Lisa posted on post #13 really shows the ignorance of America. Most people pay for health insurance? Oh you think that all those medical bills are really payed by them? They make money not loose it. What about the people that have healthy habbits and don't depend on other people to do things for them. It does matter if you smoked as well. Let's see, because you smoke I have to smoke too. A little under a 1/3rd of cancer could stop right now if people didn't use tabacoo. How much do you think that is costing us? I am glad that people like you benifit from my hard work. Yeah, if eating poorly and not taking care of yourself is what makes you "happy" then do it. But do it alone and stop leaching off of informed Americans.

If you don't feel SICK after consuming over 1,500 greasy calories in one sitting, you are way beyond anyone's dime store advice.

You would have to be completely clueless as to what good nutrition is if you think the restaurant choices listed are 'healthy'. If anyone thinks that foods that are 'crusted', saucy, or loaded with cheese are healthy choices, you need to do your homework!!

Does anyone really believe that anyone in the United States is paying any attention to good nutrition? Hey was that a Solar Eclipse or were you just blocking my light? Was that an earthquake or did you just break the chair you were sitting on? Come on folks most people are just into immediate gratification. Sure there are some people who are completly clueless or have been living in a coma for decades. Sure there are some people if you explain to them that backing up a dump truck full of sugar and unloading it in their coffee every morning isn't that great for them but Lets face it. The number of these people who will do anything about it are so few that we would need a microscope to find them,

Honestly? This is all common sense stuff...I watched this and i'm like...REALLY, REALLY?!?! Uhhh HELLO if you don't know that your sandwich has a ton of friggin cheese on it you must be a moron. Whoever is buying this book....save yourself some money and just READ what the ingredience are and asking QUESTIONS about the food when you are eating somewhere. My advice, it's brilliant...but also common sense.
