I love your postings, very in insightful. Most people don't think about th ehigh sodium content in food, packaged or otherwise. I would love for you to leave a comment on my blog in regards to mixed drinks. Drink this not that sort of thing. Thanks. I even mentioned it in my podcast. Randy www.30mch.com

Wow. Very enlightening! I have always said, be very wary of eating at a restaurant called "Blimpies". And I have come to the conclusion that absolutely nothing at TGIF's is anything even remotely near "healthy". Don't eat there if you care about yourself. Ditto for Macaroni Grill: what they've done to a perfectly good piece of fish is a crime. Eat local. Eat organic. Eat sustainable.

A Cobb Salad at T.G.I. Friday's is worse than the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad. It has more calories and a higher fat content.

Okay, enough with the healthy and unhealthy food articles. They're really starting to get annoying. How do they keep making it to the front page of yahoo?

OMG!!!! I had the chicken fajita sandwich from Applebees on Sunday. No idea it had over 1400 calories. I'm soooo glad I got veggies instead of fries!!! It was sooooo good though. Thought about the herb chicken, but it looked boring next to the sandwich.

The foods you leave as "eat this instead" all sound gross. There are really good tasting foods that are healthy, you should try different alts.
