I work at PF Changs, and there is about four to five cups of soup in a bowl. Those bowls are meant to be shared "family style" and no one hardly eats a whole bowl in a single eating.

David Z is such a tool. Do any of you agree? Let's start a David Z Is A Tool club and write our own articles on how to avoid stupid articles by David Z and any better alternatives -- which would be pretty much anything written by anybody else on any topic.

I agree w/ this and the portions of food are ridiculous .TV is showing a these fatty food ,and great they are . Bull crap. It seems like they are working on killing us. When we quit eating these things we can taste them even more in the foods.

What ignorance from many commenters here. You have it wrong.. people have the "right" to eat what they want. That doesn't mean, they should everything they want. face it people are never friggin satsfied. That kind of thinking leaves american fat. Yes, you fat!. For the near fatal folks who are just bones, maybe this article can put some fat on you. salt anyone?

In find all foods too much salt. one of the first ingredients I check for on packaged food in grocery store is the sodium and then the fat. I like to buy foods that have about 400 grams sodium per serving no more than 500.It is next to impossible to find . I take blood pressure medication, and do not need the high sodium . I don't know why the people making the foods do not know you can add salt , but you can not take it away. Once you start consuming less you realize it really doesn't take a ton of salt to make food taste good.

Well, it is obvious that you no nothing about water..Tap water has over 4000 chemicals in it and the epa requires test for only 8 for drinking water. In almost every case bottled water has been processed through Reverse Osmosis and Ozone. In many case ultra-violet light. None of which tap water has..Read about Milwaukee's water and Chriptosporidium. This alone should keep you away from drinking " Toilet Water" Chlorine in water is a human carcinagin and is one of the leading causes of cancer in our country. Stay out of the water business until you grow a brain..Water is essentual to life and only the finest water should be consumed and that certainly is not tap water.
