    You do know that the tryptophan in turkey is an urban myth, right? The reason you feel sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner is from all the carbs, not the tryptophan. Do some research.

    In the morning Blueberries, at lunch an apple with your lunch and at 3PM a yoghurt, in the evening at least 6 raw oysters for appetizer, and you good to go
