The bottom line is that if you want to eat healthy, then don't eat fast food, at all. Don't start pointing fingers at who has the MOST unhealthy fast food. That's like arguing about who's dumb and who's dumber. Fast food is fast food. I bet you anything the food items with the most calories taste better, I don't want my food to be bland or tasteless, I don't care how healthy it may be. But again, can you REALLY trust the "healthy" items at a fast food place? I wouldn't. If you want to eat healthy then do it right. Loosen up your schedule, put some effort into making your own meals; and try eating some celery, carrots, or what have you once in a while. This article is ridiculous.

Good grief...another ad for the "Eat This, Not That" book masquerading as an informative blog post. Can we have someone new please?

I got a much better idea..make a salad, cut up some fruit, and drink some water. Eating fat-filled fast food is horrible for you no matter what you eat. You will also save money in the process. One bag of salad (2-4 meals) will cost you $2.50. Light dressing - $2. Three apples - 99 cents. Water - Free. Total - $3.49. One fat filled meal from a fast food joint will cost you $5 to $7. You can make at least 3 meals from the salad so you are actually saving $12 to $17 by not eating your "alternative" crap.

Hmmm! Eat this instead? How about if I eat what I want and everyone else minds there own business. I seen a sticker the other day that said--"Eat healthy, exercise...still gonna die!" I live in Texas where everything is bigger! Pass those heart stopping burgers with fries & extra gravy please!

Avoid any sandwich made on honey wheat bread: Two slices contain a staggering 361 calories and 68 grams of carbs. Cut those in half by sticking to a sesame bun. Can you do an article on health and no health of sandwiches on wheat at drive through subway ect????
