it looks like you only count calories...SODIUM IS DEADLY TO HEART PATIENTS AND ABOUT 2000MG PER DAY IS RECOMMENDED. over that and you have trouble...please take that in account when recommending lower calorie or lower carb but still high sodium. Your worst sandwich list is good...it is you better sandwiche which are still worse for cardiac people like me....thank you and here is to everyone living to 120yrs Chuck

Who cares? and who eats these everyday? And if you swim 10 miles a day these don't have enough calories. You can't even go to Quizno's for less than $10 a plate....When I go out to eat I want something that was intentionally made to TASTE good. I can eat spinach, broccoli and tofu at home. Don't you people realize that these food nazis are setting us up so that we are TAXED on what type of food we eat? Don't think it can happen? Look what they have done to smokers. Smokers are demonized as the sinners of our society and they are treated like sheet and are TAXED more than the rest of us.

WOW. Look at those calories. Remember if its from a resturant odds are its not the best choice. I have 50 lbs over a 2 yr.period and kept it off. I am not at the completion of my 3rd yr of weight loss ( in july) and its all been done by portion control and counting calories. Itsvery simple but dose require learing about the food you eat and the value of food. ( meaning- how many calorie in what I eat and how much that item will fill me up. Remember, Its a way of life, not a DIET. I eat pretty much whatever I want just less of it and less often. Over the years I have cut things out like fast food and fried foods and cut way back on many other things. But I am not deprived because if I really want that tast of chocolate I still have it but I have a taste and then I am done. Remeber, our lives and our health is up to us.

I notice, again, that Subway isn't on this list. That means that the author of these articles is not telling you an unbiased report. Instead, he's targeting specific restaurants. He's talking about 'unhealthy' foods, but he's never once mentioned a 'garbage plate'. He's also conveniently left out many other popular foods, and instead chosen to single out restaurants rather than menu items. Beware of Yahoo-reported health articles. Yahoo has sponsors.

Why not tell us what the ingrediants were in these sandwiches are, so that we can make an actual comparison.

Nope, never had any of these, thank goodness! I don't think that any of Quizno's sandwiches are even healthy. Just stick to Subway :)
