Thanks for these posts on healthy eat out food choices. You are shining the light on hidden facts that restaurants have been hiding behind for years. This information is VERY valuable to consumers and I believe you are putting pressure on restaurants to clean up their act.

I'm sick and tired of "calorie counter" sandwiches! Where are the low sugar ones? The ones good for diabetics? You can be of immense help to this group of millions of people!! C E Orr

I had heard the book was out, and did not know all of the particulars. I have had most of the sandwich's listed and they are good, just did not know the calorie count or any of the other information listed. Even the low carb fajita's at Don Pablo's,......they are okay, but wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves, give me a break; this is fajita's we are talking about. OUCH!

we need to become an active physical nation that works hard &plays harder.its insane to think were going to give up good food.i think you overstate some things to make your case.healthy flavorful food is best done in ones own kitchen.it can controlled especially the sodium content.as a child i remember the 6pm dinner table often laden with starch to strecth the meal, but also plenty green vegetables you try to get out of.then all the days troubles and greivences came out before mom and dad.the nuclear family was the american standard,JESUS was usually LORD or at least revered.first GOD lets you fill the pot eat until you become a couch tator.then when the food and soup are boiled away HE puts the pot to the fire til its red hot to cleanse the sin.anyone feel the heat?GOD may be calling you home.HE gave us free will,so the choice is always ours.

What do you mean "More by this expert"? The article itself isn't even here! All I see are ads. Someday I will leave you, Yahoo, and it will be because of loving your advertisers so much you've forgotten the PEOPLE you are supposed to be serving!
