Wow. That is pretty much disgusting. They should really have to print that stuff on the plastic cups- at least for anything that's say...over 2K cals!

I always enjoy these blogs, but this one kind of broke my heart. I never even got to try the Heath shake before I found out the awful truth, and now I will never be able to enjoy it if I do! ;)

It is DIFFICULT to go out and have a 'food treat' that is NOT hazardous to one's health ...if it does NOT have CHOCOLATE AND NUTS in it. As one with Massive Migraines...like children with ADAH, or such... I can NOT have Caffeine, or other food items; so Chocolate and Nuts are OUT! Eating out is DIFFICULT because they HIDE things in foods. Order a chicken dish and it comes with Ham....Chicken cor den bleu ...if you are not a chef, you do NOT know it has HAM! Or order a Lemon Pie, and they Present it with Chocolate on the Plate! WHY? Ask for Herbal tea and they offer BLACK and Earl Grey! WHAT? Talking about hidden ingredients: MSG and Asperteine are in hidden in SO MANY THINGS And can almost-KILL a lot of people, such as children with ADHD! Or get a turkey fixed, and they add NITRATES, not just salt and pepper! And, I am SICK for a WEEK! When I pay to have the meal fixed! WHY? It is not necessary to put poison into our foods; our children do not need it! Ask the teachers! If you take the hot dogs and pepperoni out of the school diet, the children discipline problems go AWAY! WHY? It is the FOOD! Let's give them hamburgers and meatloaf and mac-n-cheese! They like those things and they are good for them!

No wonder we are so fat! We are just not aware of what we are putting in our mouths. We have to read, read, and read more of our food labels. This has been so helpful and I'm going to pass it on to everyone on my buddy list.

Wow, and I thought the McDonald's Triple Thick Chocolate Milkshake was bad, with 1160 calories and 168 grams of sugar- almost a full cup of sugar!! Who knows what kinds of chemicals are in it.... I can only imagine.
