I have learned alot about sodium content in the last few years. I have to take care of my mom and she is on a low sodium diet. One of the saltiest things I have found is some of the orange juice on the market - sunny d is totally off the scale on how much salt in in a glass.

El Polo Loco Chicken Restaurants chain sells one of the saltiest foods (the chicken). Even though the chicken is prepared in a healthy way, the salt level in the chicken is so high I minimize my visits to this chain.
