We don't worry about nutrition and calories at restaurants because we eat out less than once a month so we order what sounds good and enjoy what we get. The rest of the time we eat at home where we control intake. It's also much less costly to eat at home.

You're only looking at fat and calories. You're completely ignoring the sodium content. Some of this stuff, Subway for example, is low-fat but it's still a heart attack on a bun!

You can't think people actually believe this. These are actually the top WORST places to eat!! Go to one of these dumps and ask them for a nutritional value menu (if they even have one). I wonder how much this idiot is getting payed to write this garbage.

chik-fil-a would be a great choice, and I have enjoyed the fare in the past, but being owned and operated by Mormons, I will no longer support them because they believe all gay people are despicable.

We have a chain in California called El Pollo Loco. They flame broil their chickens and have about a dozen sides. You can order dark or light meat with 2 sides like veggies + small salad, and 2 small tortillas. The stores are always packed with Latinos, which I consider the best recommendation.

Your stupid. Kids go to mcdonalds for burgers. Mcdonalds kills more people than smoking. Any kind of meat that cost 11 cents a pound can not be good for you. I agree with the egg mcmuffins, but how many people do you see eating muffins at lunch time. I see the parents eating salids, but I see the kids eating burgers, the same as processed food,
