    When he says you will lose 20 pounds a year he really means you wont gain an extra 20 pounds a year. To lose weight you have to do more than just cut calories. Go and exercise!

    We need to know what we are actually eating! Thanks for revealing the truth about some of my favorite places to eat. Now I know what I should skip or modify without giving it up completely. These kind of articles are very helpful to me.

    Ya thats great in terms of our choices for fast food. However, when the panera costs 10 bucks and the burger costs 3 or less, I'm gonna go for the cheaper thing. Short on cash ya know.

    When I worked at Starbucks, the Macchiato was the same as a vanilla latte. I think he means a cappucino unless they've changed things up?

    DUH! Isn't most of this pretty easy to figure out on your own? And comparing a Quiznos Sammie to a regular size sandwhich is a joke it's like a third of the size to begin with.
