wow....thats disgusting. ive been trying to eat healthier, and this article definately "inspires" me to stay away from this pre-packaged junk that is running america. It's sad, really, seeing as this stuff that we love so much is killing us....and the best thing to do would be to take it all off the shelves. People go to jail for commiting homicide so these lethal snacks should be busted too.

I thumbed through the EAT THIS NOT THAT book recently and when I saw the autor suggesting we eat Fiber One cereal bars in stead of some other brand I put the book down and walked away. Fiber One has high fructose corn syrup as does most cereal bars, ironicaly this was the reason for avoiding Fiber Ones competetor in the book.

Why not just make the stuff yourself, saves you from eating all kinds of nasty ingredients and saves money too. Not to mention being much better for you.

All in the supermarket is junk according to this guy. Eating healthy is not only about running away from sugar or fat . It is ok to eat these items every once in a while. All you do with your so call advice is to create fear in the consumers. People should enjoy eating not fear food because it has too much sugar or to much fat. Advocate a more active lifestyle instead.

It sounds all too strict. What's the big deal,I mean,he's overdoing it.People should not and will not run away from fat and sugar. It's silly to run away from this stuff.1 or 2 of it is in the 1000s.It's recent, but outdated. It's okay to eat sugars and fats, but he horrifies people to the point where they don't want to.He'll never be a reporter if he horrifies people.
